The property had a history of intermittent faults that previous contractors had treated one at a time: a dead socket here, a tripping circuit there. Nobody had traced the underlying cause, so the same faults kept returning in different rooms.

Our Solution

Rather than patch symptoms, we ran a full test on every circuit, found the degraded junctions and undersized conductors behind the recurring trips, and replaced them properly. Repairs were documented circuit by circuit so the owner has a record of exactly what changed.
